A. Yes, the price for one hat/beanie is around $100 + shipping. It cost less to do more.
Q. Can you design my hat or beanie?
A. Yes I can, I have over 10 years in graphic design so this is a specialized service which can cost upwards of $500+ for a design.
Q. What's the turnaround to get my hat/beanie done?
A. It can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on the complexity and quantity of the hat(s)/beanie(s).
Q. What's the minimum amount for high volume orders?
A. I only offer 1-2 dozens at the moment. I'm more focused on quality and not quantity.
Q. What is the $60 setup fee for?
A. The setup fee is to get your artwork to work in embroidery thus it needs to get digitized and tested before it's applied to the end product.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Unfortunately all sales are final due to the nature of our business.
